About us
Chengdu Honghu Network Technology Co., Ltd. was incorporated in Chengdu, Sichuan Province in July 2016, with a registered capital of RMB 1,000,000 fully paid in. Our registered line of business is software and information technology services. Since November 2017 our website has been filed with China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology; the filing entity and the operating entity are the same company, and the filing has remained valid ever since.
Our work comes down to one thing: turning business rules into software that keeps running. That covers requirement definition, architecture, implementation and acceptance testing — and equally the part after launch: server hosting, certificate rotation, monitoring, alerting and version iteration. For most systems the real cost lands after delivery, so we treat operations as part of the delivery rather than an optional add-on.
We are a small team, so we only take on work we can finish and keep maintaining ourselves. We do not subcontract, and we do not promise services beyond our registered scope.

We do not start coding while the requirements are still vague. Every stage ends with a defined deliverable, and the next stage begins only once the client has signed it off — which is what keeps rework and mismatched expectations down.

Every public address on record is actually requested on a schedule, and the remaining validity of every certificate is listed in one place so renewals happen before expiry. Entry points that are closed by design are labelled separately from real failures, so false alarms do not bury real problems.
Key servers report memory, disk and load on a schedule, with alerts past a threshold. Long-running processes are checked one by one for whether they are still listening, and a failed check is kept strictly apart from "stopped" — not being able to look is never treated as all clear.
Access control, reverse proxy, certificate issuance and edge forwarding are chained into one release flow, which only counts as done after a real request from the public internet. If any step fails the flow stops where it is: access-control changes are reverted automatically, and step-by-step rollback instructions are given for the rest.
