About us
Chengdu Honghu Network Technology Co., Ltd. was incorporated in Chengdu, Sichuan Province in July 2016, with a registered capital of RMB 1,000,000 fully paid in. Our registered line of business is software and information technology services. Since November 2017 our website has been filed with China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology; the filing entity and the operating entity are the same company, and the filing has remained valid ever since.
Our work comes down to one thing: turning business rules into software that keeps running. That covers requirement definition, architecture, implementation and acceptance testing — and equally the part after launch: server hosting, certificate rotation, monitoring, alerting and version iteration. For most systems the real cost lands after delivery, so we treat operations as part of the delivery rather than an optional add-on.
We are a small team, so we only take on work we can finish and keep maintaining ourselves. We do not subcontract, and we do not promise services beyond our registered scope.
